this journal is going to be like the box i made for you before i left. this is where i am going to write all the things i’m thinking about you, write about how i am missing you, write about how much i love you and about the life i want to build with you one day. i’m making this so you never forget what you mean to me and so that you don’t ever think i’m going to love you any less, because i won’t, and it breaks my heart to know you think i might. i’m going to be here until the day you ask me to marry you and for so much longer than that. i want to spend my life with you, my beautiful girl.
