i know there are some times when i snap at you, when i’m short with you, when i’m unnecessarily rude or impatient. i know i can be demanding, needy, over-emotional, frustrating. i just want you to know that i never ever mean to hurt you and i’m sorry i can be so thoughtless sometimes. i’m sorry for the times that it’s hard to be with me, the times you have to put up with the difficult parts of me.

all i want is to be the person you deserve, to give you everything you want from me and more. i want a lifetime of getting to know you. i want to swim in the ocean with you and lick the salt from your skin, count the stars with you from our backyard, take care of you when you’re sick, fly across continents to stand beneath waterfalls holding your hand, i want to be there when you come home from work with dinner ready and a movie to watch. i want to go everywhere with you, do anything for you. you are my home and i’ll go wherever you go.
